LAST NIGHT 25 ATTENDED OUR FIRST SESSION, IT WAS A SUPERB START. SOME OF THE MORE SENIOR PLAYERS TREADING WATER [ ROB BLANCH,SMITHY,MEGGERS ]DONT FORGET NEXT SUNDAY 6-9.

Youth Nets start on March 1st and will be held at Banbury School Sportshall on a Monday evening. Under 13’s – 18:00 – 19:00 Under 15’s – 19:00 – 20:00 All new and current players are welcombe.

The season starts on wed april 28 and runs until friday august 6. Of course we will have a pre season jolly date/venue tba.We will continue with our player rotation policy ie 11 players,2umpires,2 cooks,and of course the consumers of liquid refreshment.

Sunday 1st February – Adult Indoor Nets start at Warriner School Sportshall in Bloxham 6-9pm. Old and new players are welcome of all ages and standards. The club looks forward to seeing you there!

Banbury 3rd XI were crowned champions of division 7 despite an unsucessful appeal by Oxford & Bletchingdon Nodescripts. Andrew Proctor was also named player of the season for the 3rd XI with a consistent display all season with bat and bowl.

Banbury Cricket Club’s Under 13 team have had a fantastic season winning the North Oxfordshire league and completed the double by winning the Oxfordshire Plate final on Sunday.
