Match Information

– Standard Covid arrangements apply, including:
– Players to arrive changed; there will be no changing facilities available at the ground
– Players must not place sweat or saliva onto the ball
– Players bring their own hand sanitizer

Ground Information – Please pass this message on to all players, officials and spectators who may be in attendance for Sunday.

We look forward to welcoming you to White Post Road.  Please find below the guidance and key info that your players, officials and spectators should know before arriving.

Symptoms – Anyone displaying symptoms should not attend, and must self-isolate in line with Government advice.

Social Distancing –  Maintain social distancing.  Follow the rule of six, do not gather in groups of more than 6 people.  We have full engagement with the Neighbourhood Policing Team who we’d fully expect to visit the ground during the matches.

Track and Trace – We ask all players and anyone who attends to register their details via a QR code displayed on posters outside the clubhouse. This will simply ask for your name and contact details, should we need to contact you in line with NHS Track and Trace guidance – all details will be deleted after 21 days. Alternatively, there will be a clipboard for those unable to access this with an electronic device.

Parking – There is ample parking for all club members to use on site.

Accessibility – There is a one-way system in operation throughout the rear of the clubhouse, with clear signage and guidance displayed. Toilets will be open, with cleaning and sanitisation being undertaken.

Food and Drink – We will be operating a bar outside, from the scorer’s box which we would encourage all those in attendance to use – a one-way system will be in operation.
There will be no food provided on the day, however we will be offering hot food from a mobile Vintage Smokehouse Wagon – menu can be found here: https://irp-cdn.multiscreensite.com/f702d823/files/uploaded/Menu_Smokehouse_July_2020prt.pdf

Inclement Weather – In the event of any weather interruptions, there is limited space to shelter under the veranda and gazebos, otherwise those in attendance should return to their cars.

Spectators – Please keep an eye on the ball, but do not pick it up if it goes over the boundary rope.

Most importantly, best of luck to all sides and we hope everyone has a fantastic day!
