Matches are to be played on Tuesday 23rd May with a fallback date of Friday 26th May should there be bad weather. If both clubs mutually agree games can be played on Wednesday 24th or Thursday 25th May. If games cannot be played during that week, because of bad weather only (no other reason is acceptable), then games can be played during the week commencing 29th May on a mutually agreed day.
All results must be notified by telephone, before 10.30pm on the evening of the match, to the competition organiser Don Brooks on 01844 339541. This is the responsibility of the home team. The second round of the competition will be played in the week commencing 6th June and teams will be notified of the draw after the completion of the first round.
