Earlier this year in February, we announced that we had proudly sponsored a Guide Dog - Willow - after some very generous fundraising!
We are delighted to share an update on her progress, now 10 months old!
Her foster family report that she is lively, intelligent and hardly ever barks; she also has good recall (providing there is a slice of hot dog sausage on offer)
She is adapting well on stairs, lifts and on public transport but when she's not training, she loves running in the park or lying in the garden having a tummy rub!
Willow starts the second phase of her training in January, with a view to becoming a fully trained Guide Dog soon after.
Her foster family pass on their heartfelt thanks to all at Banbury Cricket Club and The Pavilion Banbury for their "magnificent fundraising"
