We are pleased to be able to share the latest progress update, as the works begin to gather pace!
The old balcony has now been fully dismantled, and full scaffolding is now in place. Holes are now being created, ready to take the new windows / doors over the next few weeks and a false stud wall is in situ to enable all functions and bookings to continue. The roof line is also starting to be modified, to accommodate the head height in the scorebox.
As soon as the bricklayers have finished, the scaffolding will come down and the balcony steel will go up almost straight away, then the doors will be fitted off the new balcony.
We will keep everyone updated, as the steelwork gets erected and we head towards the Spring completion!
