Dear All,
Following our successful campaign last year the Oxfordshire 50+ team are keen to recruit all eligible and available players for the 2008 season. Preceding the League matches we hope to hold
a practice match for Oxfordshire players in early May as well as the annual friendly against Hampshire. There is also likelihood of some 2nd XI fixtures against neighbouring counties if player
numbers are sufficient.
We would be very grateful if you would bring these arrangements to the attention of anyone in your club who is ‘experienced’ enough to join us. We are happy to receive nominations for any
player currently aged 48 or over as we would like to know of the youngsters on the horizon! Please respond to Clive’s email address above.
