Dickie Briggs has passed away. Dickie was president of Banbury Cricket Club for two years in 1981 and 1982. He was also a trustee of the club for many years and sat on the club committee as the trust’s rep. Dickie was a honary life member of the club and life long supporter of sport in the town. He was also a past President of Banbury Rugby Club. His help and advice to all those involved in running Banbury C.C. will be greatly missed, and our thoughts are with his family.
