Lord Taverners are putting a RED collection bin at Whitepost Road for all used sports kit & equipment (cricket, rugby and football) which will then be distributed to young people in the UK and abroad to give them a sporting chance.
What we need:
- Cricket, Rugby & Football equipment
- Tennis balls, cones, bibs & other coaching kit
- General sports clothing, trainers & boots
- Paired items tied together
- Clothing is washed,
- Shoes are cleaned of mud
NOT needed:
- Other sports equipment (e.g. hockey sticks)
- Goals, scrum bags, corner flags, weights
- Intimate items (e.g. sports bras, jock straps)
- Unpaired items (e.g. 1 cricket glove)
- Broken, large holes or ripped items
- Rusty, mouldy or bloddied items
