We are extremely saddened to learn of the passing of Jim Briggs.
Jim held many roles at the club over a number of decades, including President in 1987 & 1988, 2nd XI Captain, as well as Groundsman & Grounds Chairman when the club were at Grange Road.
A true friend and supporter of the club.
All of our thoughts and prayers are with Jim's family at this immensely difficult time.
Jim’s funeral will be held at Banbury Crematorium, Southam Road, Banbury at 1pm on Wednesday 13th December. There will be a private (family) burial afterwards in Bodicote.
Everyone is welcome at Banbury Cricket Club from 2.30pm to celebrate Jim’s life.
