About 30 members turned out for Natwest Cricket Force on Saturday (5th April) morning. It was great to see so many willing volunteers – particularly as we will need this excellent club spirit as we look to bounce back from the Twenty Club pavilion fire once the site is released by the surveyors.
Many jobs were completed including painting (internal corridors, scorebox, scoreboard and sightscreens), tidying of the drive, putting out of boundary boards and benches, mowing and putting up of the nets.
Lots of fun was had by all, and not only when enjoying the bacon sandwiches – generously provided by Willow Catering.
