After a very wayward start, Banbury were restricted to 171 for 5, by some accurate bowling by Richard Summers (19 overs 1 for 51) and Michael Whitley (12 overs 1 for 31). In reply Oxford were never hurried and eased home with an over to spare. Derek Watts 63 Andrew Moss 31 and Ben Summers 28 were the main contributions.
