Jacques DuToit starred on his debut for the Club. Firstly he took 2 for 27 as, along with Simon Rose [2 for 32] and Paul Wilkinson [2 for 34], he helped restrict Banbury to less than 200. Banbury, runners-up in the Thames Valley Premier League last season, felt the full force of DuToit's bat as his 104 featured 6 sixes and 11 fours. Adam Cousins [24] shared a third wicket stand of 104 in 15 overs with Jacques and Bevis Moynan [21] weighed in with two mighty sixes.
