As we head into the last 2 weeks of the league season, now is a good time to have a look at the End of Season social calendar and pencil the dates into your diary!
Our main end of season social event is our annual Club Awards Night, which this year will held on Friday 13th September from 7:30pm – tickets at £25 per head! This year we are delighted to announce alongside our traditional captain’s speeches, awards and fantastic food, that we will have live music from Under the Covers throughout the evening!
To book your seat, contact your captain or the chairman or sign your name up on the sheet at the bar!
Other Social Events:
Sunday 1st September – President’s Day with BBQ, as a Banbury XI take on a Paul Hill organised XI!
Saturday 7th September – Last Game of the Season bash at WPR with BBQ and bar open, celebrating the season’s achievements!
Sunday 8th September – We are proudly hosting the U19 Finals Day!
Saturday 14th September – 1st XI in the Bernard Tollett final at Wormsley from 14:30pm!
Sunday 15th September – Start of the 4 Day MCCA final, with afternoon BBQ and bat raffle, and members lunches across the days!
It would be great to see as many club members at all of these events as possible, whether it be lending a hand on the bat raffles or enjoying the BBQ and beers on offer!
