Oh what a night! 3 out of the 4 Player of the Year awards were scooped by Banbury girls, with a 4th award for Team Player of the Year also being snapped up.
Charlotte Hayes was awarded the U11 Player of the Year, particularly for hitting her first 50, but also for top bowling and fielding.
Emily Ong won the U13 Player of the Year, with particular reference to the 70 no against Wales and 93 no V Shropshire, on both occasions carrying her bat from opening.
Pia Davies won U15 Player of the Year, for superb keeping, successful opening partnerships and fantastic effort and attitude.
Charlotte Boland picked up the U13 Team Player of the Year, for excellent captaincy throughout the season, sometimes in the face of adversity, but always with a smile!
Very very well done girls. As usual a credit to Banbury Cricket Club.
