Henley extended their lead at the top to 39 points with a convincing win inspired by spinner Brian Murphy against a poor Banbury side.
Electing to bat first, Banbury, without the suspended Craig Haupt, were soon in trouble as Hamid Sana sent back Paul Taylor for five.
Sana conceded just nine runs from his first 11 overs.
Murphy then took charge. Bowling a great variety of leg spin, including unplayable googlies, he worked his way through the middle and lower order to finish with 6-60 from 24 overs as the home side were dismissed for 177.
That total was boosted by 35 extras and a last-wicket stand of 26 between Ollie Murrey and Simon Launder.
With 59 overs available to reach their target, Henley began steadily before accelerating against the change bowlers.
Openers Chris Ellison and Andy Edwards both fell just short of half-centuries, before Jason Barber and former Banbury all-rounder David Taylor shared an unbeaten partnership of 55 in ten overs to see their side home with 18 overs to spare.
