Banbury Cricket Club begin life under new captain Luke Ryan with a trip to Stony Stratford tomorrow (Saturday 18th). Meanwhile the 2nd XI entertain their counter-parts from Stony. Both games start at 1pm and the bar will be open at White Post Road.
There is good availibility amongst the 1st XI squad, particularly among the bowling ranks. Ryan will have a full compliment of bowlers to choose from on Saturday, while there are still a couple of batters to compete for places in the line up before the league season starts.
After two good sessions in the sunshine this week I am sure all 22 Banbury players will be up for making a good start to the season
